Questions, bugs or a CSV file that will not import? Email jan@appience.com. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version. If an import fails, tell us which app the file came from.

Restore your purchase

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple Account you bought the unlock with.

Move your data to a new iPhone

Your shots are part of your device backup, so restoring an iCloud or computer backup brings them along. You can also export a CSV in Settings and import it on the new iPhone.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
